Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness
Welcome! I’m Alice Leslie, a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher with 10 years of experience in NHS mental health services. Together with my specialist team of associates, we are committed to providing compassionate and authentic support to those in need.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and groups, helping adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic, phobias, and other adjustment difficulties. I currently lead various mindfulness and wellbeing groups aimed maintaining good mental health and treating depression and anxiety, both within the NHS and in private practice.
With a particular passion for supporting women during pregnancy and the perinatal period, I am a perinatal specialist for the NHS and in my private practice. Our team are able to offer specialist care as we understand the biological, social and emotional challenges inherent in this period.
Our therapeutic approach emphasizes non-judgment and encouragement, grounded in the belief that everyone is valuable and deserves a life that reflects this worth. We are passionate about the transformative benefits of CBT and mindfulness, and we love working with individuals and groups to foster reflection, change, healing, and growth.
